$7 2pair vs TAG Villain on wet board

villain has been playing really tight aggressive, stats in 24 hands were:
In position: VPIP - 45; limp 21 & raise 24
Out of position: VPIP - 41; call 41 no 3bet so far
We didn't see many flops and there was actually only 1 hand from him that I saw which he limped pf with T9o and the flop was AQJr I lead 30t and he insta raised me to 90t, turn was 5h and he bet 150t into 240

I must admit I looked at the spoiler first

I think you did well betting the flop ~2/3 pot. In theory this should have folded out a lot of villain's range, including gut shots and flush draws. FD may have raised flop, but these are low stakes so people do weird things.

On turn I think you have to call, villain could easily have a king or draw here I think. With stack sizes and the amount of money in the pot I can't find a fold here I think.

@shortchange turn is ok imo as played, flop I'd bet less but given stats this should hit his range a lot so w/e

Since there was no 3bet pf, if I had ATo or AQo no hearts, would still be a call?

    thanks for the reply guys
