$55 Turbo: help, I'm butchering a set

this is like 8th hand in, he has not folded to any button raises (hence the 3x pre) and has c/r my cbet once already (i have cbet 100%). He also min c/r a min turn donk with a marginal holding. He's been aggro, 3xing all his buttons

Hand in question:

Poker Stars $55.00+$2.50 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t10/t20 Blinds - 2 players
2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked

Hero (BTN/SB): t1320 66 BBs
BB: t1680 84 BBs

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is BTN/SB with 3 3
Hero raises to t60, BB calls t40

Flop: (t120) 4 3 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t40, BB raises to t140, Hero calls t100

Turn: (t400) 5 (2 players)
BB bets t120, Hero calls t120

River: (t640) 8 (2 players)
BB bets t1360 all in, Hero folds

Since he's been aggro i elect to flat his c/r. Is this justifiable? looking back on the hand (obv a bit results oriented) I should have 3b...
When the turn comes I'm obv not super happy, but it also isn't hitting the oesd, only the gutshots, and oesds improve to a pair that is likely blocking betting, and possibly not slowing down on the river...
river card is obv terrible, and the overbet made me puke.

How can I play this better? Step 1 3b flop? What if I misclick call, is the turn now a raise? I know the hand looks straight forward but I would appreciate some motivational flaming.

Def 3b flop because u do not have enough info that by calling villain prob will barrel almost always. Also why did u bet so small otf?

wtf @ cbet sizing

edit: OK, saw the post above but I'd still rather make it the same amount as usual, betting 40 and getting c/r'ed to 140 half the time is just as good as betting 80 and getting c/r'ed to 240 one sixth of the time. as played I'd prob raise turn and re-eval if he 3bets, ime few ppl are capable of bluff b/3b'ing here

yeah this was kinda a wtf hand
my thought was the low board is connecting with hands that might want to play back since he's been showing aggro tendencies. the cbet he raised was 40 into 80 and he c/r to 160, so i wasn't worried about building the pot if he has something. but yeah I'm not quite sure wtf

how does that river change anything? On turn u can occasionally CIB to buy cheap showdown especially against ppl who jam river because u just call and call..
