55$ - 3rd pair vs possible flush draw on turn?

Villain seems like a bit of a fish. Has been making wierd plays like cbetting small with 88 on AK7 board and wierd stuff. First time he has c/r'ed me.

There's something about his c/r size that really said to me he was on a draw. But then on the turn, I was almost certain. I could very well be wrong as he has showed a little bit of wierd plays.

But I didn't really know how to play the hand. I see a decent amount of bad river cards, where I would often have to just lay it down. So I kinda wanted to protect my hand which led me to a jam, but I've thought about the hand afterwards, and I think maybe a raising to like 350-400 or something like that would be better?

But I was really in doubt about this hand.

If this is his first c/r I just give up here. If he fires big again you have to give up on almost any turn card except an 8 or a 6. A range of Qx and draws have you in a pretty bad shape. K8 with the K of diamonds is probably my borderline to continue here vs a first c/r.

If you do get to this turn I think everything except calling is pretty bad.

probably just as likely to be a queen trying to get to cheap showdown after the K hit, tbh I think this is more likely than a flush draw because if he's trying to hit a flush for cheap then he likely wouldn't raise the FD on the flop for the same reason. I have seen fish turn up with a wide variety in these spots before so if you wanting to still get money in because of some read you have then i think calling is the way to go, though i prob fold flop.
