I don't think reraising flop does much job here, if he has a draw we are ahead of most of it and if he has like Jx he is not folding it and i am just creating big pot. I think calling here is better but i could be wrong.

Not sure what you mean here that villain c/c on the turn, if he chechs here i would defiantly check back and as played you are right that he has a lot of Jx in his range but i thought he would fold it.
But as mentioned before our range is really polarised here and we have a lot of draws, thats why betting smaller doesn't do anything good i think.
