Re: $30 Hyper first hand

If you played him before, some reads would be nice, especially how much he 3bets? how much he 3bets non all in/jam.

But anyway with this cbet sizing and no reads im folding.
Dont think you have much fold equity and vs gii range you have poor equity.

Re: $30 Hyper first hand

how much do you think are non AI 3bets out of that 44%? if he's doing it a lot it should be fine but readless this is a really nasty spot, vs any club you have at most 11 outs

I wouldn't reraise to 100. You can easily push this hand profitable vs 74% opener if he doesn't call hands like QT, JT if you push. If you reraise you will not get a pair 2 out of 3 times on the flop plus you are out of position. I would check the flop because there is big chance he has a club and lots of his holdings will be with a T or the 9 with a better kicker (He will probably reraise all in with A and he will fold most of his 2, 3 , 4 combinations, his weakest hands). If you decide to bet the flop I would fold to the push.

what hands are you flatting in this spot if you're shoving 9Ts?

Preflop is fine. Jamming postflop is bad because of reasons I mentioned above.

Re: $30 Hyper first hand

I think I'd rather flat pre vs like a 20% 3bettor or something. Vs 44% 3b, 4b shoving must be massively +ev, no?

Re: $30 Hyper first hand

flatting or 4bet shoving is both close vs most imo, i tend to flat because hand plays so sick in position, but it also does super great in allins so both fine options. if villain is decent post a shove is prob better. (also: some players 3bet stronger hands to 100 and bluff to 90!)
flop is a snapfold, terrible equity on this flop.

Re: $30 Hyper first hand

I'm flatting pre.
if the flop was 784ccx i snap jam we have good equity and 2 overs prob fold good % of the time, but here i just fold the flop any club crush our equity also hands like QcT JQc JKc prob call on this board and we pretty dead against them.

Sorry, my mistake.
I think you played it fine. It is def a call preflop and he can c-bet any 2 on that flop when he rr preflop.
But also interesting to see the hand from another point of view.
