Checking turn is absolutely horrible. Well played. Maybe bet slightly bigger on flop/turn but that's about it.

why would checking turn back be horrendous, I see the turn bet being fine but vs certain types of players we get c/jam'd on alot and we have the best hand/some equity alot of the time

Because A7 crushes a randoms range here and there's so much value to be had. If you only get checkjammed here on a rare occassion by a certain type of villain, who cares? Way behind/okayish ahead, most likely leaning towards the former, so fold. Point is we're most likely ahead and there's a ton of weaker hands that have equity that will be calling, so why check back? Any 6 has an openender, any 4/9 a gutshot. Now combine all the 7x 5x 3x hands that go with it and boom, sick number of hands we beat. Also add some A4/A6. The 8 changes what exactly? 86, 98, 96, 87, 85? The first 2 are not even super likely to checkraise it.
