Obviously many use that for eBay, etc but it would be awful of that were to create a problem.

Don't know about flagging, but I guess if PayPal finds out what's going on they might freeze the account:

We may want to shy away from doing the home game/escrow because of that ^. It would just create lots of problems if something were to happen. I'm not ruling it out, its just my opinion. May be better off doing a separate ones.
