Vs. some opponents its a snap call as many eliminate Kx in their range in these spots pre.. But considering his really low 3b % its very much in his range. And yeah if he really plays Kx on the flop like that.. good for him, better for you i guess - its just bad.

Actually i would even go with a smaller cbet, you wanna not scare stuff like his gutters, or Q/Jrag type of hands away and make them float you because there isnt really too much he can call you with that he perceives as value in his range.

As for call or fold, i mean he seems to fold a lot of cbets, the questions is, did he do such spewy stuff in the past with MP - if so, obv. call. Aside from that it really boils down to Kx/9x in his range as he cant have too much else he would do that with (aside from a rare gutter he goes nuts with). I might tend to fold this (but everytime i call this i often get suprised...)
