$15 turbo kind of lost on turn

This is a hand i played today and feel confused about.
We are just 11th hands in the match and villain is uknown.

Obviously preflop and flop is standard except i might should have cbet a bit bigger on flop.
Now when turn hit i elect to check, not quite sure for the reason i did it.
Just felt that what ever hand peel flop now has way better equity (two pair, one pair+OESD,str8) and if villain shoves over my bet on turn i am in a very gross spot.Plus i believe that the majority of the time villain will bet turn with QJ type hand especially if he hasn't got a club.

I'm really intresting to hear what you guys think about my play and what you think about my crying call on the river.

Re: $15 turbo kind of lost on turn

Id 3bet pre a bit more like 140/160 depends on how lose he is.
Cbet a bit bigger ~180

You have to call the turn donk vs a unknown and have to fold to a shove on the river.
Tough but I dont think we are good often enough to make this profitable.

We can only beat a bluff so its a clear fold for me.

I think you should have bet the turn 1/2 pot because there are a lot of hands that you get value from that you beat like Kx QJ etc.
If he shoves over your turn bet its a b/f

b/c'ing 350 OTT, SO much value to be had it's not even close. I'd probably shove the turn as played but would never check w/o reads

When i'm checking turn I'm not scared clubs. The only hand i 'm worring he might check back is some one pair+str8 draw type hand.Even if river is Jack i make the nut str8.That said actually the only card that really sucks for my hand is a 9 no club. On the other hand if villain shove turn on this board how often do we are ahead of his shoving range??

I think turn is a mandatory bet because:
-all of your outs are super obvious scare cards that will kill you action.
-there are A TON of combo draws/1pair hands to get value from on this turn and we're way ahead of them, this is HUGE and if turn checks through vs this part of his range it's pretty tragic.

We don't have to be ahead of his shoving range as we'll be getting good odds. with our BD nut flush draw, gutshot str8 draw, and overpair there's no way we can justify b/f'ing readless in a 3 bet pot.
