15$ ST playing TP against as trange check after a preflop min3bet

4th hand unfortunately no hands played so far.

I open raise and get min3bet. He looks like a fish so far but I had no exactly notes.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 15 Tournament, 10/20 Blinds (2 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB (t580)
Hero (SB) (t420)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 10, K
Hero bets t40, BB raises to t60, Hero calls t20

Flop: (t120) 2, 3, 10 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero ?

Villian checked and I decided to make it bluffy to get a flushdraw call. After the hand I dont think it was the best option. Even If I get called most of the time I play alsmost break even against a flushdraw+ 2 overcards.

44-99 he should contibet as well as AT but that is just a unproven assumption.
AJ,AQ,AK, without a flushdraw should contibet in order to fold against a raise?

Assumptions over assumptions against a fish.

Is a fish polarised in this kind of spot or is it just a no thinking bet/call and take a note spot?

Check behind and give freecards?

What is your line here? I would appreciate other options

bet/call.
that min 3 bet doesn't necessarily mean much. people do that with all sort of stuffs. And vs a shoving over your bet range of overpair, set, FD, FD+over you are doing ok as you will have more than the 38% Eq you require (assuming you bet 0.5pot)

I agree. That's why I might be wrong :

I think it is close between bet/call and check back. From my experience (even if I don't play hypers), it is rare to see a fish 3bet pf then c/f the flop. They generally plan to c/r or c/c. If you bet/call I think that most of the time you will flip your TP against FD+1over. Imo, checking back reduces the variance to a minimum. If the turn is a spade you can easily fold but if it is not, you can either shove facing a bet or simply bet/call and Vilain's equity is divided by 2.

I agree. Just like to point out that you don't mind flipping when you only need 38%
