considering you 3xed preflop, id make my flop sizing 120, turn sizing 320 or so, then either jam river or bet a little larger than you did. but seeing as how this is an 11 id just jam the river since any king is probably calling.
Jam. No big difference if you bet 690 or sth like that. Pushing seems to be more like a missed AQ QQ or anything that missed the board imo. So get it in asap... Bet bigger flop about 120-140. Turn 2/3-3/4pot and just jam river imo.
When you bet the river you're trying to get looked up mainly by Ks and 8s.
There are roughly an equal number of each in his range since he's an $11 player once you get to the river like this.
When you bet 1/4 pot, sure, all Ks and 8s call. But even if all his Ks would call 600 (definitely) and all his 8s would fold, you're better off betting 600. Obviously it just gets better as you jam.
This doesn't even address the fact that you get looked up by 8s sometimes when you jam...

Easy river jam. Betting slight more on flop and turn will help you slightly, but not really a big deal.
You are getting called by any K always, and by an 8 a decent bit. No point in betting 670, anyone who is calling 670 is calling 1000ish. It even looks more spewy shoving river, so it might help slightly in getting looked up by 8x.
