$5 Turbo: Min-3-bet pot, flop decision

Villain had been very tight and passive PF, both in and out of position.
He was playing relatively fit-or-fold post with one random spew.
He flatted 2 raises with both AKs and ATo
Since villain hadn't been very reactive pre (first 3-bet), and against tight fish, these min-3-bets tend to be very strong I figure he'd have a decent pair.
OTF, After he min-3-bets flop I think it's obvious he has an overpair, so Half of his range is going to have a club, should we ship flop, or call and ship non club turn?
