PokerStars - 15/30 NL (2 max) - Holdem - 2 players

SB: 14.67 BB (VPIP: 70.49, PFR: 50.00, 3Bet Preflop: 28.57, Hands: 62)
Hero (BB): 18.67 BB

Villain has 2x'd around 60% deeper and 2/5 so far at 13-16bb.

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 3 4

SB raises to 2 BB, Hero calls 1 BB

Flop: (4 BB, 2 players) 4 8 T
Hero checks, SB bets 2 BB, Hero?

Pre-flop flat or fold?

Villain has cbet 88% (7/8) so far. Should I flat here or check-raise considering he cbets so wide and our hand is really vulnerable, or are there still too many blinds behind?

I feel awkward flat calling here against aggressive villains cause I can get barreled out of my hand easily and any hand here pretty much has good equity against me.

I think x/raising low bottom pairs is fine vs wide cbettors, but only on a dry flop and with a strong kicker. You want a lot of fold equity, and don't want to be dominated. On this flop, villain has too many hands to flat with.

Folding is ok on this board imo
