I would suggest investing in a coach for a couple hours, preferably someone who is a winner at all spin stakes. You most likely have leaks you are unaware of.I was the same, stuck at under 60 cev and after my coach worked with me on specific spots,my Cev has improved to 74 @15/30s combined(mainly 15's) over my last 2.5 k games and my redline has gone from being just above even to now over a large sample running @2.5 chips per hand which has greatly improved my overall winrate.
So in my specific case,my slightly different(more aggro)overall playing style and plugging some leaks I was not aware were there, has for sure lifted my Cev to a place were I am very happy going forward and I can attribute a large chunk of my success to my coach looking in to my game.
So,If you can afford it,go for a couple of hours at least of coaching with someone who is very competent with PT4 and all it can take is someone to point out a couple of leaks in your play to change everything for you and set you on the right path and give you a better shot at getting your game to where you want it to be.Hope that helps!
