Internet Poker is a good forum, it's the 2nd largest on 2p2 (after NVG) and they deal with these cases all the time. That's what led me to believe there is more to the story, literally every Stars case I've seen that starts like this is missing some sort of info.

Captain, I meant to post all of the email correspondence. Their very first email, your response, and so on, so we can see exactly 100% of what they said and you said, to see if we have another perspective.

There should be some really compelling evidence that you didn't play fair, if anything Stars are actually famous for the opposite, not giving deserved bans due to "lack" of evidence. I bet there is more to this story.

Oh dear, I think that's one of them Russians that were previously accused of running bots on Stars lol. Your stats from the recorded sessions are probably completely different to your previous (winning) sessions hence the ban. Move on .

Does anyone know what pokerstars4.com is about as per the email address in the above image? I've never heard of it but a search shows it was set up in March & it's based in the UK [IoM I assume]. It's a strange address for PokerStars to use - is it exclusively for Russia perhaps?

in some countries they ban gambling websites, so you cant go to pokerstars.com so they make pokerstars1 2 3 4 etc it takes a while to ban new site

What software do you guys prefer to use for analysis of spots in jackpot sngs? Seems like the winner take all format can cause some unique situations for ICM calcs.

You look like a fish. Just kidding, but on a serious note:

- You didnt use your keyboard at all (not even for typing any size, like betting 34, 75, 98..., so I guess that you use Tableninja, but I didnt even see Tableninja or custom hotkeys in your mouse, am I wrong?)

- You dont have anyone tagged and you played over 5k games. No regs, no recs...

- You dont even use a custom HUD for the headsup.

My guess:
Your bot (external program) used some customized betsizes that you didnt even type while recording the video neither have configured in the Stars software or the betting boxes (22,33,50,75%).

I have played some 15s this year at 8%evroi (not easy while 6tabling) and you got a 6%evroi with a better chipev at HU than me (thats not hard because Im a spewtard, but extremely difficult for someone like the player I have seen in the video). With your actual winrate you would be probably in the top 20-25 ev at 15s, impressive, to say the least, with that HU hud :P.

Stars could be making some terrible mistakes by lowering the rb and hurting regs like us, but is the most legit company right now (in terms of banning-blocking-closing accounts). So if your account got banned..., it smells pretty bad.

The HUD thing is a legit point (though by itself it surely doesn't constitute sufficient evidence to ban and take funds). The bet sizing thing I don't think is odd. If you've got 4 possible bet size buttons customised in Pokerstars, you can have one for 30-35%, one for 50%, one for 65-70%, then one for all in. There's not going to be many situations you need to make a different bet size than one of those, and you can use your mouse wheel to manually adjust bet sizing if needed too. I can't remember the last time I typed out a bet size on the keyboard.

Well using your mouse wheel you can adjust the bet size in increments of 1BB. Plus you've got the 4 preset buttons as mentioned above. I doubt it's unusual at all for players to only use those.

The point Rayden08 is making is that in the video he does none of this, but in the sample of games pokerstars is comparing against, this was likely something he did.

Disgusting move by disgusting company.I am completely fine with banning bots but when you take someones money, without any explanation thats just outrageous.The guy was asked for a video he submitted a video showing himself playing 15s spins.He did what stars asked him to do so atleast he deserves some king of explanation what he has done wrong.He didnt type any bets...thats the best argument you come with?For sure that guy that is smart enough to create a crushing spin bot wouldnt remember that he need to type bets like the bot is using during game.Why he need to tag any players?Maybe the guy is a wizard and 95% are fish to him,maybe he is just gto born tallent, you cant be sure if thats not true.Also god forbid for him to have better cev than Rayden.If thats true maybe he is a bot for sure.I can think about 10-15 more players with better cev so stars should look into them too.Maybe tomorrow when some of you receives same e-mail saying: your account has been banned and funds seized cause you used spinlyzer than i wonder if you will just post useless ego replies.Because if thats how an account and funds can dissapear than we are playing in middle centuries poker monopoly.

I think about this, but it dont really matter to me. Player pool in Spins is really large and you dont have an option to choose table, you get random opponents every time. I have my HUD, i play 4 tables simultaneously against 8 opponents. I have not many constant opponents. And what about keyboard, i think its less comfortable to use it, or maybe im wrong. But this depends on personal preferences.

An idea:

Wouldn't pretty much everyone be happy when Spin & Go 12,000x multiplier had 'Deal' option, where, for example at $100 buy-in they would split it 3-ways ($400K each) or $300K each and leave $300K to play for?

They could still advertise it as $1M for winner, and if one of 3 players doesn't agree to Deal then it's going to be played as they are currently. And no haggling or mid-game deal or anything like that - if you click Deal button before the tournament starts you can split it evenly, no other choices.

Wouldn't Stars benefit from that aswell? I think 3x 4000 buy-in winners (or 2x 3000 and 1x 6000) a bit better for them than 2x 1000 buy-in and 1x 10,000 buy-in winner.
