Uh, no. Sometimes we can 3b KQ for value but another way to play it if you like to frequently raise flops is to call pre and raise flop for value when you hit. Villain will have plenty of worse Q's as well as 7's, 56 some 88-JJ, maybe sometimes 4x that doesn't fold and even some A high's.
Calling flop is fine too but if you want to mix in plenty of flop raises it's almost mandatory you raise this hand for value.
Anyway, only thing I dislike (sort of) is flop raise sizing. It's slightly on the large size and sets up awkward turn sizing spot. I'd make the flop raise something like 280. Plus it allows our bluffs in this spot to work for cheaper.
