Unfortunately, our Stars deal only allows new user accounts to get credit for the free membership. Existing accounts cannot be retagged to our promotions for Stars.

There are some other good deals out there too, but obviously Stars is the largest HUSNG poker room, so the majority of players out there find it to be the place they want to play (for non US players), so it's understandable if you want to stay there.

We do have some Stars regs that play on Ipoker or Redbet for a few days or up to a week per month, or periodically, and they both clear the low requirements we have for the free membership each month and find that they do quite well per game (softer games on some of the smaller networks).

In August we'll have more details. Still planning things out, and very excited about the changes.

Likely around August 7-14th we'll make a more detailed announcement.

I think it´s time to update the coaching overview at husng.com
i played with the thought of making it a weekly thing to get some1 to review a game of mine but it was pretty much impossible to get an overview of what that would cost me and even which coach would be up for it.
If i decided to pursue that though, i would have contacted all coaches i would be interested to work with to get an overview, but i think its in your interest to make that part easier.

We're having all the coaching pages redone, updated more frequent, some removed, etc. once we make our changes. It is definitely a spot where it was kind of like "here's your coaching page as a coach, update it when you want to" and most people just leave it up for long periods of time.

We'll have a more organized format, we'll have pricing and details more easy to identify on each page and we'll have sample videos on each page so students can get an idea of what a coach has to offer and what a session/lesson/video will look like.

We may just make them all comment-enabled too, so that users can just comment below the page to ask coaches questions and offer feedback and coaches can interact a bit more on the page.

Thanks again, and I agree with your comments, those pages have gotten a little out of whack due to an inferior setup between the site and coaches when it comes to their pages. I haven't done a great job of giving them a reason to update their pages, nor have I integrated them very well with the site in general, it's been more of an "extra" add on for them and obviously hasn't worked out as well it should.

the free videos do not work. I click them and nothing happens.

Out of all the free videos for < 100$ stakes , only a couple of them are actually working videos, the rest are just static pictures.

Also, our youtube channel has 70+ videos/clips (the ones embedded into our free videos page are obviously repeats, but there's plenty of unique content on our youtube channel).

Absolutely.

October 1st we will officially begin a new format for the site. More video packs for dedicated players, and more free content for new and beginning players.

We'll likely roll out some video packs prior to October 1st, but membership videos will continue until October 1st, after which, Premium and Standard will be library purchase options (likely 3 months for $x, but no new videos in those tiers after October 1st).

The video pack format will allow us to get some added top caliber talent to join what we already have, it'll also allow me more time to work with instructors on their videos, so we should have improved focus and production quality in the video packs.

This format will also allow us to venture out into some other formats a bit. Think PLO HUSNG, Hu cash, more mental game stuff, more math stuff, just really building specific packages so that players are buying 100% of what they want and instructors are better aligned with success. That's on top of the most popular topics, hyper and turbo packs of all levels and types.

From now until October 1st, expect to see more Bernardc, H2Olga, Chadders, xSCWx and Mersenneary in the premium tier, perhaps a few others as well, and a wide variety of standard instructors.

Thanks Ryan. That's a pretty big change for the site, I think it's interesting to go that direction. I'll be interested to see how it all works out in terms of content, pricing, volume of releases, etc.

are there any hyper vids which are not live play? like ones which go into detail about common spots like c/r'ing J22r boards etc.?

i suppose in a lot of the live vids they come into these types of situations and pause the video and go through it, but i still don't think that's the same as having a video specifically aimed at a certain spot, where the producer can collect all their thoughts prior/use maths to illustrate their point etc.

one that comes to mind is JTS's 4bAI with (i think) Q4s vs chadders, where he went into quite a lot of detail/used maffs. if anyone can think of other snippets in videos with this level of discussion then let me know please!

That's because some videos are tagged super turbo (older FTP videos and Merge videos) and some are tagged hyper turbo (PokerStars and Revolution).

I try to write "end game" on most of them too, and on stuff that falls outside those categories, but it's those tags that drives where they end up in the search.

We'll do a final guide and make things more easy for users once October 1st happens and the membership categories are more of video libraries than updated memberships.

Most of the videos in the first post seem to be broken, just for your notice.

Things are still being worked out. Had an update go bad and screw some things up, so they are just getting fixed now.

I miss some new turbo videos on husng. I knew turbos are death and everyone plays hypers but maybe you can produce some good midstack videos 30 - 100$ on stars?
The last turbo video was from 30.07, maybe I´m wrong.
We can watch some of the old videos, but sometimes I had the feeling that this stuff is a little bit out of date.

please think about it and dont let the turbos die
