Playing from statically from just a chart would probably not be the best idea, especially HU. But maybe try downloading the Equilab tool and check thee ranges that come with that. They're old 6-max ranges, but perhaps the 'SB open' range could be somewhat of a starting point.
But really try and study the game and try and get an idea of what kind of hands should be in your opening range in a HU match vs unknown, before you dive in. Perhaps try searching (pokerstrategy) and try videos (YouTube).
