Well there is a few basic concepts you have to understand about selfdiscipline(its like a resource you can´t replenish without sleep or food),levels of competence(it uses your selfdiscipline until you have reached unconscious competence),habits(it take at least a month for a habit to stick and if you try more than one at once you´re selfdiscipline will be used up after a week or two and you´ll fail)...

(try to get a good trigger for your habit. i had onset of dark as a trigger for going for a run, but now in the summer i´d have to go at 10 pm and havent had the discipline to change the trigger so i havent run for 2 months ....)

started watching a comedy called Bored to Death recently which is really good. Jason Schwartzman and Zach Galifianakis. (not sure if that's well known or not, but i only found out about it recently)

thougt bored to death wasn't on the air anymore or at all lol, only watched the pilot.

my tips: The Killing, The Wire, Boss!!(strongly recommend), almost everything that is made by BBC and its drama, thriller or comedy

just watched Exit Through the Gift Shop. one of the best films i've ever seen i reckon.

My Name is Earl seemed good to both GF and I. Then like 6 or 7 episodes in, we just turned to each other and basically said "WTF." It just dropped off a cliff. We watched another 2 or 3 just to be sure, but that was a disappointment. Loved Jason Lee in the early 90s blind videos though!

Bored to Death, I think that's over, but really enjoyed it, cool show. Party Down, Upright Citizens Brigade, can't think of anything else obscureish other than those right now. Maybe Childrens Hospital. I have a bad handle on what is obscure and what is just not popular.

Party Down is sick, sucks all the writers/actors got better gigs cause of it so it just got left hanging but whatever
