99% of the regs just optimize their endgame. then just fold EVERY hand preflop unless they get QQ+ AK+. after 30 hands of folding their stack is abt 1300 if it goes smoothly and blinds are 50/100. --> $$$

There is nothing against rules that say you can't do that, but it does get annoying to the other players and they have every right to call the clock on you if you do it to often. Me personally it does bother me a little, but hey, everyone plays differently.

In MTTs it's difficult to enforce so no rule is applied except for hand-for-hand (which is further proof that it is a spirit that they DO want to reinforce, but aren't able to for anything else than the bubble).

Imagine if you can move the big blind to your entire stack and turn a game into a flip whenever you're up against someone who has an edge. An exaggeration, but that sort of choice, to turn the game into a 0edge game at will, should not be allowed.
