Maybe he thinks that you think he's polarized and that you therefore are also polarized, because you're not shoving a low 2 pair in a polarized range facing a Ps bet (I think). Your betsizing also doesn't really look like a monster to me, especially on this board.

Since all flopdraws miss and you limped (thus don't have KJ, KK or JJ in your range), your valuerange is supernarrow -if existant at all- so villain calls his bluffcatcher that he for some reason potted on the river.
