If he is passive then bet. There are a ton of pairs and draws and pair + draws that will call that you are ahead of. Also - you can get three streets of value when you improve on the river.

Agree with MN here, given your reads I would bet turn (like 220). Also, nothing huge but I would cbet 100 otf.

But also think about the fact that if the fourth heart were to land on the river it might not just improve your hand but possibly kill your action but he's so often calling the turn with dominated hands, so betting turn is def the best thing to do. Guarantees at least two streets of value, possibly three.

The fact that you say villain is superpassive makes me want to b/f. B/c sucks cause he's not raising worse like ever. If he were more aggro you could check, but this guy should be a bet.
