How to estimate variance in ROI in x amount of games?

Hi! I once saw an article which gave an idea to estimate ROI over x amount of games but couldnt find it. If someone could advice me to that page.
Had 1,2K games in last 3 months in turbos and got 19,9 ROI and i would like to know what is the expected lowest amount? If I remember right it was +-5% or something. Thanks!
