Where can I play? Used to okay on carbon but can't remember my log in details. I'd like to play from my phone or tablet (through app, not browser), looking to play hu sngs (turbos and reg speed), and I'm going to use NETELLER for deposit/withdrawals. Any help is going to be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Carbon should work, hit request password? Email their support from the email you likely used signing up.
Bovada and Black Chip/America's Room (same network, same deals) are the other two I'd recommend.
Betonline, they used to have some payout issues I believe, but they might be good now. Research them more thoroughly before signing up.

So carbon poker doesn't takes NETELLER as an option now (such a joke) what would be the best second option?

Bovada unless you want to play hypers (or care a ton about using a good HUD/seeing opponent's names).
If you want to play hypers, go with Black Chip or America's Room.

Nope, you can't play bwin/party, 888, ipoker, ongame, MPN, FTP or Stars in USA.
