Fydor made a video for his coaching page here on twoplustwo and offered to post it here as well.

This is a 20 minute video where Fydor Reviews a match that he played at the $230 turbo level on FTP.

You can find more of his videos and 300+ total heads up sng videos on HUSNG.com.

are you looking for discussion from the vids or is this just for informational purposes.

i think there are a few interesting discussion points presented within the match.

I'm sure Fydor is happy to discuss some hands in the video.

I watched it briefly and talked about the Q-rag check back spot with him a bit, so I'm sure there's plenty to discuss.

in the first vid fydor c/f A7o on a QT2ss board. i like a call here for a few reasons. 1) we are calling because we have the best hand a fair amount of time. bc we are readless, we can't automatically assume he's going to double barrel this particular board. 2) i'm really not particularly a fan of c/f our first bb defend. whether c/r or c/c, i think both options on the first bb defend promote a 'i'm not going to be runned over' image. generally speaking. also good for metagame.

and yeah, second spot i took note of was the q-rag check back. i think i bet this all day and twice on sunday. i may check back a K-8-2 board with tp.. but this spot is quite different. on a Q76 (i think it was 2 flush?) you def want to extract value from all draws and weaker holdings. if he c/r you that board.. play teh pokerz and re-eval turn imo :)

Yea his issue with the Q-rag hand is that he didn't feel confident in any reactions to a check raise.

In the end I think he reached the conclusion that his uncertainty if he faces some aggression was causing the over reaction of a check, because at the end of the day you just get so much value from so many hands no matter how you look at it, you just have to bet.

2 hands: 63 where Fydor raises and cbets Q97 flop..i feel this flop is too coordinated and while true that we have no sd this cbet felt too loose to me

another hand is the one after the big pot where he sais villain lost a big pot and is thus more inclined to fold...while i dont fault Fydor for raising that hand his reasoning is imo flawed as i find tilt showes after big pot lost more common then another fold

It's a legitimate discussion point, but I'll take the "this is ********" side of it. :) I think if there's an effect here it's microscopic.
