No hh's cause it wasn't saved.

Stacks are roughly 1400 @ 10/20

Dhcg makes his standard open to 60, I make my nonstandard call with AJo.

Flop is KK7r

I check, he leads for standard 60, I standard call.

Turn is 9h. (bringing 2 hearts) (pot240)

I check, he leads 160, i tank, click time, and call after 10 seconds of clock off.

River 3x. (pot 560)

I check, he fires 320, I ....???

I have neither the A or J of hearts (that I can recall)...

how about some reads. in particular, what would you estimate to be the ranges for which he (1) opens, (2) cbets, (3) double barrels, and (4) triple barrels? and, why?

(1) at this blind level.. like 90%+
(2) 90%+
(3) 50/50, he either does or he doesn't. no real clue here, depends on board texture imo
(4) rarely.

I'm a big calling station too. He'd also value bet a 9 here too.

Obv. the more he is valuebetting thinly the more you should fold and the more he is thinking you are a station the more you should fold.

So fold at some point (river I would say) and save those playmoney chips imo.

are those his total barrelling frequencies (value+bluff) or you just mean that's how often he bets air? either way, from that estimate, sounds like its a pretty easty call flop and turn, fold river.

doesnt really matter that its play money.

BUT

border is is loose on paired boards, and kinda turns, but pretty tight on rivers and wont call too lightly on turns.

I had 68o and figured that he had Ax/Qx so firing turn with a river barrel would be +ev as long as a Q/A didnt fall AND provided he doesnt lead

I cbet about 85%, and I dont double triple too much. Easy fold imo, because I dont think border knows that I know his calling/folding ranges. If he did know, then call is borderline, because I really dont triple barrel so much and 320>500ish is a decent value size

haha rendalli .

He does think I'm a station, but I think I'm a station too, but he knows I have the fold button as well.

flop is pretty dry so my c/c range is pretty minimal, it's mostly Ax, Kx, Some strong Qs (not sure if i could have Q9 here), pocket pairs and 7x.

turn, i think check is pretty standard. when he bets, he doesn't have a 7 in his range(imo), nor does he have Ax (imo), he definitely has 9x and Kx in his range, TT-AA as well, i just think the turn is pretty close to being a call because of the number of gutshots and OESD and flush draws he can have..

river, total blank, his range is either Kx, 9x, TT+, or air.. (in all the times we have played, i don't think he's taken this line much with air..), i'd put the 3 shells at like 5-10% of the time?

and he knows i can c/c a Kx here 3 times.

This is basically a leveling war since your hand was pretty face up.

This is also a terrible board to 3 bet bluff, since nothing really changes from the flop to the river. Given that I could find a fold. He's gonna be vbetting a 9 a ton, and given the way you played he should be vbetting 7s too.

Cliff's: your call worked out, but it's a losing play in the long run if he doesn't go crazy bluffing you on rivers.
