Voted yes.

I'm afraid that cash players might not see the need for it, because a lot of them don't follow HUSNG threads. But even looking solely @ some recent decisions/actions in the HUSNG regs thread it seems like it's better for the community.
Also I have always felt Primo would make a good mod. Glad to see so many people agree with me.
