As I said, I had to tweak the process a bit to make this work. When players of the same color code are associated, it isn't exactly a coaching session but that doesnt mean that it can't be very beneficial to your game. I've had a PM of someone pulling out already, fair enough it's not what was initially planned so what I'm going to do is I'm going to leave thoses trees out there for 24 hours. The 55-110s who don't like the concept of being associated with someone on their level can send me a PM to withdraw. Ill then post the definitive trees and expect everyone to do their coaching hours and try to help out as well as benefit from it.

The top part of the trees will stay though, i.e the two 220 regs and their students will be the same

Just had my coaching session with Taaleri. I'm relatively new to Husngs and his skill level and understanding of the game is way above mine so I definitely got lucky getting him as my coach.

We replayed a set of 4 games in HEM where I lost every one and played really badly against a couple of fairly weak players. There were plenty of spots to talk about and basically everything he said made perfect sense. Our session lasted well over an hour and there were several hands where we went into a lot of detail and from my point of view had some very useful discussions about how to approach the game at my stakes.

He was patient, well spoken and very polite. He has a very clear and logical approach to the game and just seemed to pitch things at a level that I found very easy to understand. Given that the dude is from Finland and I'm Scottish and was getting over a pretty heavy hangover this is no small achievement. So yea, thanks Taaleri for giving up your time, I know you weren't having the best of days so I hope it wasn't too painful mate. Thanks to Palinca for including me in this and I hope one day I can be the one giving the hour of coaching.

People who have a green icon (like myself): would you like the idea of getting together and exchanging reviews do sweats and start a big study group for low stakes ? We probably have people in here who are eager to learn and stuff... Ofcourse others can join too, but it would be nice to have a solid core group who is willing to put in time to work on their and other peoples game...

hey did my session with crazy river yesterday which i fell went quite well but its not really for me to say. today i had my session with coffeeyay and learnt alot its really good to get another idea of how someone else plays hes very scientific in him methods and has data to back up all his believes which helped he also has quite a different approach to alot of other players ive spoke poker with and i felt like talking with him really broadened my understanding of what winning poker in a hu hypers can look like.

this was a great idea ty too palinca and hokie for making it possible.

Did my sesh with borg yesterday and felt quite lucky to have gotten him! He made all my most confusing spots seem like the easiest/obv things ever. Haha, always good to see how much i have yet to learn (everything).
