I believe A9s is a clear mr/call shove at micros, and vs regs or at higher stakes l/shove may squeeze more edge. Most recs won't ISO enough.

About the worst suited hands, if limping, do we call a 3x ISO vs such a strong range or just fold?

Ok, one more question someone might be able to answer. Are those hands like T2s, J9o, 54s still min-raises at 16-18BB vs the population? I'm pretty sure they are limps <15BB, but what about when we're slightly deeper?
