Bet-sizing Bet-sizing

I'm struggling with bet-sizing from SB, readless, on first hand of hypers, i.e. 25BB effective.

1. Is a 1.5BB bet preflop ever a good idea?

2. What pockets are shovable vs calling a shove?

3. If I call villain's preflop raise and he checks back flop do I bet turn with bottom pair and A kicker offsuit in the pocket? If so, how much?

1. you mean 2.5bb? ok but 2bb ok too, and don't forget you can limp lot of hand here.

2. SB vs button shove 25bb you can call: 66+ ATs+ AJo+ KQs
if button limp you can ISO shove 22-88 (99+ ISO non shove raise) A7o+ A6s+
if button minraise your iso shove range: 22-JJ, A9o+, A8s+

3.lot of unknown thing, but check better most of the time

Thanks Ican

For #1, what I meant to propose was raise 1bb from small blind taking total pot to 3bb, where BB/btn needs to call 1bb to stay in it. I'm still getting used to proper lingo. I guess I should have said minraise? Essentially is raising 1BB a waste of time? I.e. limp or raise bigger...?
