Bad call all in after limp? Bad call all in after limp?

We are 7.8 big blinds deep with 9r 18 hands into HU in 15 dollars spin on PS
I have limp every hand. I have seen 1 one 3x iso 11bbd and a push from SB 11bbd in 17 hands in total. He have also checked a4s vs limp 11bbd. He is very passiv postflop.
Is this a fold or would you expect him to push rainbow rag aces?

Guess it is better to push instead of limp when he is so passiv. And limp again
later on if he does start to push more often.

limp/folding this would be a disaster, im either open shoving or limp/shoving depending on reads, but giving the dynamic of the table im limp/shoving it all day and very happy about it.

I would call. It would take a pretty strong read to get me to fold here.

I dotn want them to fold more than happy to get it in with A9 vs a weaker/loose range with no fold equity.
