Accusation of bots in HUSNGs on PokerStars - Page 3 - Heads Up SNG and Spin and Gos -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

This witch hunt from multiple accounts with 1 to 9 posts in total starts to look suspicious. Not that stars are doing great job finding bots, but 20 guys with just registered accounts coming to say that X or Y is for sure a bot, doesn't look great.

I had very respect for u, until this post. Wtf If isnt great, U can check my scope: ValterUFRGS. Reg on 15s, and will try 30s next week. I don't have reasons why To post here, just this

I am stating the obvious - literally for everyone there can be a thread with 10 accounts with 1 post claiming he is a bot or whatever.

This doesn't mean you are right or not. In my experience stars are close to incapable these days to identify bots, so wouldn't be surprised if you are spot on. Keep the community updated what happens.

they play the same style. Yesterday i have observed, and they play the same style i would say. Limp often....but i am not sure. There are another Lithuania guy yesterday.... I hope Pokerstars can identify the bots, if they are....

Whether X is a Reg or Y is worse than X is not relevant for this thread.

Let's hope stars does their job now that we have notified them. I think we should keep the discussion here and not post on NVG. Making a big skandal out of it will probably hurt the games.

Pokerstars is the hardest place to use a bot. The program constantly scans your surroundings.
200 games volume is achievable. Now imagine, you play 4 tables, will you have time to chat with some guys who call you idiot if you run lucky. I guess not. I disabled chat myself. For auto decline, its personal preference.
So if a person declines and plays good, I doubt that he is a bot.

It's not Stars policy (or most sites) to confirm this.

But it seems pretty likely if highly suspected bot/illegal software accounts don't come back that they got banned.

Best confirmation would be if you receive refunds.

Does the refund policy change based on if you sit 1st or 2nd? I always assumed that if you lose money to a bot and they recover funds, it gets split up amongst the players that lost.

Oh, I agree - all I was saying is that I usually sit first and I think the bots did as well so we never had the pleasure of playing against each other.
