Flop looks like a bet to me given the decent equity of our hand, lack of SD value and how the general villain plays fit/fold in limped pots.

However, my GTO software tells me to check back most 97o, so I'm not sure. Maybe a veteran player can elaborate on this. I think the average villain doesn't defend, especially raise, here enough though to warrant a check back.

River bet/fold 3-4bb. You are extremely unlikely to get raised here though given his range probably doesn't include any Ac and also excludes many Kc.

edit: Having realized that my pre-flop ranges in the calculation were off, I re-calculated and now the software shows about 50% bet here and 50% check back. So I'm thinking this is a bet vs most.
