7$ Turbo - 88 on paired board

Hey,
Villain is OOP more on the trapier side, mostly check calls flop, only on paired boards he cr me a few times (i always folded ...), and he is also folding a good amount OOP preflop.
Question: do you ship OTF or as played OTT?
