I think 3 betting is standard, shoving 25bbs is not great imo. The board is pretty wet and when you don't have a spade it isn't ideal to lead here. Just check fold.

3bet shove is best most of the time-- occasionally flat is better (and never much worse). 3b NAI is bad.

Is that readless coffee or even vs villains tight like this one? I'm surprised shoving 25bb vs this villain type is better then 3bet. I cant see this villain "ever" calling with worse hands. And we just fold out all hands we beat already. maybe fold out some flips? It just seams to not stack up in simple risk/ reward basis? By shoving 25bb are we also not capping our own range as "no-one" is doing this with QQ+?

I thought It was a marginal decision between 3 betting or calling I didn't even consider shoving here.
