VS random. Is the turn probe correct? What about the bet size?

The river is very bad card for me but I think I have to bet, because if I check he will bet his entire range here.

Judjing by the 3x open, his 99+ hands will cbet the flop, also most 6x hands (A6, K6?) will cbet flop. I put him on some broadway suited cards. What do you think his range is on the turn, considered that his calls my turn pot sized bet? Do 66, 55, 44, 3x pre at this level?

Hand is well played, turn is a must probe, you dont want to give free cards to overs, it looks like villain wants to take his hand to showdown, sizing is also good.
If you think he will bet his entire range otr, than its check/call all day, by doing so you will get max value but it wont happen so betting for value is better.
