Would you call, despite having no pair outs? If yes, what's the largest x/r you would call here?

flat and re-evaluate turn. depends on the villain frequencies, but minraise is a pretty simple pot odds decision.

Folding here might not be correct, but either way this is a very marginal ev situation and I think having a wide folding range on flop could be just as exploitable as continuing and having to navigate the rest of this hand- against an unknown opponent- at these stakes. Folding now and making adjustments later with more information is not bad, imo.
