I always find it difficult to cope with these spots.
I mean if we check here our hand looks exactly the way it is right now.
Plus if I check here I give him the chance to bluff me later and there are many turn cards that won't make me happy at all.
Plus this flop hit my ISOing range pretty hard.
Turning 88 into a bluff here seems like a good idea?

iso bigger, ck flop. ck some weak Ax isos as well as some Jx isos to protect your cking range otf.

I dont tend to ISO very weak Ax since they dont play all that good post but if they are suited I open up my Ax iso range.
Plus readless I tend to ISO a little bit tighter.
Which Ax would you check on this flop??
When you check your TP in ISOed pot do you balance it by betting another TP in another ISO pot?

yeah obv not isoing like small offsuit Ax but nothing wrong with checking like A6s otf here sometimes. i dont rly get the second question. id go along the lines of betting strong Ax almost always on this flop to betting weak Ax less often after isoing.

imo cbet in this spot, for reasons you mentioned, your sizings are ok pre and OTF

readless im always cbetting except maybe the worst flops
