reads on villain are that he's a reg, also he called my small check raise when I had top 2 pair with bottom pair on 2JQ rainbow board. My logic was that vs reg it's more important than usual to balance and I thought 10Js is the best hand to semibluff raise here as I probably have 93s, and Q9 combos which want to raise for value. Is it over bluffing to raise all suited 10J here with BDFD?, I feel it is if I raised all 10J but would really appreciate input on that too.

Id x/r only with strong hands for value and, if villain folds to raises a lot, some air too with bd equity.

This exact hand is neither of these type, it's strong enough to just call.

You even said the villain called with a bottom pair earlier

thanks a lot for your reply, he also had a really high cbet percentage albeit over a smallish sample size so I felt like I had a lot of fold equity. also I felt like given his flat with bottom pair, I could easily barrel him off most of his flats. I see your point about just check raising for value. I'll have to give this situation some more thought. do you think for bluff hands a hand like 108o would be better for a checkraise then which we aren't priced in to calling a jam?

Yes, imo bluffs would be hands that are a bit too weak to call.
