Villain 3bets 10%, tightish so far, I dont see any 7x in his 3b range but its only 18hands in. I know he cbets alot and dbs alot too.

villains turn min reraise looks strong , maybe a big pocket pair.

I do not think 7x or 9 10 are in his 3bet range , maybe pocket pairs and QJ+.

I would call turn and see what he does on river. that is cuz 3bet lead flop lead turn is a strong line for a tight player , and you have TP 2nd kicker so hope he has top pair lesser kicker, but I do not think he would take this strong line with it.

10% doesn't mean much 18 hands in. Raise flop and get it in. People stack off insanely light in 3bet pots on the flop. Turn, not so much.
