Ya but 99 is a tough hand to play OOP. Particularly tough to extract value when high cards show up. Rather 3bet KQ than 99 in a SNG format. Not that I think the 3bet is particularly bad, but when your edge is greater you want to be playing as many pots as possible with many big blinds, where you can make profitable use of your skill advantage.

Well yeah, but I certainly 3-bet TT here(I am new to HU,so maybe I am wrong) so 99 falls into the same category, doesn't it?

And I will be more inclined to 3-bet 99 rather than KQ...

After raising like 200 preflop, what flops would you c/f.

How would you play if a club turns or rivers, especialy when opponent "bets against every sign of weakness".

would you generally suggest to 3bet this hand vs a very aggressive station?

Playing small ball with 99 and not 3betting it PF its just losing a ton of value vs the majoroty of players out there.

As played flop turn would probably check turn since stacks are really bad.

Would make it 200pf,and ~300 flop on that texture and hope i don't get raised if he is always calling.Shove any non club turn.

I think not 3betting here just because it may be difficult to play post flop is bad reasoning. We are way ahead of villains range, and he will call with most if not all of his limping range. He will make more mistakes than we will post flop. Putting one hand in a vacuum and saying it may be difficult to play is bad imo

Why not just shove with 99? 20BB into 2BB is not that bad. He very well might call with much worse, and otherwise fold and give us 2BB. Much easier than playing this kind of hand OOP postflop against non-thinking villain (or against a thinking one either, for that matter; we lose a lot of chips when villain hits top pair, and our hand has no possibility of improving, pretty ****ty situation).
