In that case EV should run close. Might still be better to do some inducing value play like min 3betting--that way we can try to keep BU in, SB can shove over, BU can call/call, lots of good value things can happen--while at the same time SB is extremely unlikely to fold to an iso.
Because BU isn't super likely to be limp/shoving after we flat the iso we will still be better 4b with all of our pocket pairs. There's definitely some room to think about flatting in the case of limp/shove tendency reads--QQ+ seems like the right range in that situation.
