Pre I think it's mr > OS > limp. As played, bet flop and turn a little bit larger. Flat turn. It's unlikely he plays mediocre Kx this way (strong Kx often iso pre), so you aren't called by worse enough if you shove. Readless, I think you can just fold on the river yeah. You block some missed draws, some draws came in, villain can have almost all 2pairs, and he should know there are too few chips left to bluff the river.
