x/call flop unless you have some really good reads of a very wide cbet range on this texture.
As played, you could maybe hero-fold because NAI 3-bets are pretty value heavy. Jamming is fine too, as is calling and playing turns. If we had a good reason to x/r we would have a better idea of what to do vs a 3-bet
