After villain bets the turn this small he's pretty much capped to 1pair hands, regardless of his opening size, so we just get the (implied) odds needed here right?

After 800 hands I would say you should defnititely have some reads about his barrel frequencies/sizing on the turn? As it is a close spot in my eyes it would highly depend on them...
