On the turn and river, stacks are 273 with a pot of 180.

Do you think he has enough Ax and Kx in his range that fold to this single river bet?
Or should I bet 100 on the turn, and then jam river 173 into 380?

I dont like bet ott.

Easy bluff otr imo, the worst possible hand we have here.

Btw are you calling an iso 87o? Imo very borderline.

I fold 87o to a 3x ISO

I would lean towards just realizing equity by checking the turn and give up river as played. Imo betting just once seems like the worst option.

I think vs recs you need to usually go 2 streets to fold out Ax and Kx type hands, and some of them will call twice with just A-high, so it's villain dependent.

Not sure what's best, but on paired boards I tend not to try two street bluffs in these spots as they are more likely to call twice.

I don't like betting the flop, as Villain's checking range is very SDV/trap heavy on such a dry flop.
