I checked the river, because villain had a high fold to flop cbet and turn barrel. What if we were readless? We can fold out 8x and stubborn 7x, but on the other hand, the 9 hits him pretty hard (some straights got there, and he has relatively many missed straight draws with a 9). Do you think 9x is folding often enough?

IMO if he has high fold % to cbet and turn barrells, he might of picked up that you cbet and barrell often and hero call you on the flop with a pair/draw. If he has a pair he might not wanna just give it up if he's stubborn.

9 on the river isnt really good card, as you said it completes draws and villain might have 2 pair now, and even if he just has 1, I think he will still hero call.

I guess it depends on why his flop, turn fold % is high.
If that guy is tight in general, just give up, when he has high flop and turn fold % his river range will be pretty strong and he wont have that many weak hands.
But if this guy is some ISO monkey and his range is just too weak to call flops and turns than Id say barrel.
