Given the stats opp is presumably amateur on the nittier side.
Based on this assumption I tried to think of realistic hands for his range and came up with ATs, half of ATo, Q9s, Q9o, TT, T9s, T9o, K5s, K5o, Q5s, Q5o, T5o.
At the river this range is straight 64,2% of the time and 2 pairs (weaker or equal to ours) 35,8% of the time.
I suppose given the read, opp is unlikely to bet big with 2 pairs, more likely this sizing will be heavily-weighted towards straight (and may be some random occasional bluffs) and thus we should fold.
However, versus smallish sizings, which consist both of thin and thick value, we should be fine calling.
