Seems like a spot to bet 1/3 or even less to get calls from weak Kx in addition to some weaker 2 pair? KQ, K10, Q 10 will cbet the flop usually, A 10, 10 10, 9 10 do make sense(villain minraising 40 percent deep, limping 12). Would you valuebet bigger vs a fish?
Ever check-fold the river?

Bet 1/3 or a bit bigger sounds fine.
Depending on villain, check may be superior, if he's either too tight or bluffy. Then if you face a bet, again your decision depends on villain's tendencies, and on the bet sizing. Nothing is set in stone

Agree with blockbetting on the river.

Anyway, you should know the best, what is the most +EV line vs this villain, as you have 125 hands on him. How does he construct his check back range?

I'd check/fold, villain should have quite a lot of Tx here.

id check call, if hes good, he'll pounce on your blocker bet nonsense, knowing you can't have a ten here. Check call is safer imo.

Bet/fold>Bet/call>X/call IMO.
Checking there lets your opponent play perfect against you.
He might fire huge with his bluffing range making you fold the best hand and he also can call with worse.
Plus checking on this runout turns your hand face up.

Think about his starting range on river after he checked the flop and then called our probe, and then narrow it down to a betting range once you check river--how many hands in that do you beat?

Given the stats opp is presumably amateur on the nittier side.

Based on this assumption I tried to think of realistic hands for his range and came up with ATs, half of ATo, Q9s, Q9o, TT, T9s, T9o, K5s, K5o, Q5s, Q5o, T5o.

At the river this range is straight 64,2% of the time and 2 pairs (weaker or equal to ours) 35,8% of the time.

I suppose given the read, opp is unlikely to bet big with 2 pairs, more likely this sizing will be heavily-weighted towards straight (and may be some random occasional bluffs) and thus we should fold.

However, versus smallish sizings, which consist both of thin and thick value, we should be fine calling.
