I guess we are shoving here almost always.
We should always take this line and if not when should we call aganst a X/R
on the flop with this hand??

    Flat his check-raise. You don't need protection and you're not a big favourite vs a range that calls / shoves over your 3bet.

    After I checked this hand many times I think that in lower stakes people won't make semi bluff X/r all that much.
    A range that shoves over my 3-bet on the flop will always be better than mine.
    But If I played higher stakes I think it has some merit 3-betting the flop.
    Again in these stakes it's always better to reduce varianve in spots where you can.
