My name is Jason and I play as Appst08 across Pokerstars and Full Tilt POKER.

I will be updating Chip Counts and big hands. Due to mostly everybody having a twitter these days, if I'm fortunate enough to run deep/ be ITM I will only be tweeting Chip Stacks due to somebody I don't know reading them and playing accordingly. I have no problem talking to Investors via Skype/PM about hands that happened afterwards.
*by agreeing to purchase a percentage of my action you abide by the following terms*
*You are purchasing for a percentage of the prize pool only. This does NOT include any sort of Sponsorships/endorsements.
*I will not withhold any money for taxes as long as I receive a signed W-9 form, or whichever form my accountant recommends (The form can be handled upon meeting and you will receive your whole % right away.) If you wont/cant provide this, 30% to 45% will be withheld for taxes (My accountant will let me know what TAX bracket I am in). If you are foreign please know your tax policies, you are still subjected to taxes, it’s your own responsibility to know them.
*I reserve the right to skip any tournament, it’s in my own best interest to play as many as I can, so the only times I will be skipping is if I make a day 2/3/4, or some sort of emergency. You will receive a full refund with mark up for the event.
*In case of a Tournament offering a FREE entry to another tournament to the winner, investors will not have their percentage carry over.
*I will be keeping all receipts issued; I will show proof of any receipt upon request though.
*I reserve the right to cancel the package before it starts. I do not plan on this happening for any reason. In case it does, refunds will be issued including mark up.
